ORDERING ON-LINE
After you have entered your purchase details and credit card details and clicked "ADD to CART" your order begins to process and online changes cannot be made to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please email info@hrepublik.com.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally a product may be unavailable – we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back in stock.

RETURNS
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase from H-Republik. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on all goods returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of goods.

Please follow the information provided to return goods to
H-Republik: Please email our customer service department quoting your order number at info@hrepublik.com to obtain a returns authorization number (RAN). When you have received your RAN, please enter it into the space provided on the returns form included in the documentation that will be emailed to you. You also need to indicate on this form whether you would like a refund or replacement of warranty goods. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them. Please return your package by registered mail and ensure that you keep your receipt as proof of postage.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by
H-Republik as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
